In that vision Mayor Bradley will restructure the way city government manages its infrastructure, operations, and responsible fiscal management with an administration of accountability. Mayor Bradley will reinstate an administration of collective participation and fair equity of our financial stability and future sustainable growth through smart investment growth. Preserving our valuable land assets, park systems, housing, infrastructure, with a transparent city government and restore our communities back to the neighborhood quality of life issues White Plains once had.
